Shahi Paneer Masala

**Shahi Paneer Masala Recipe**

**Ingredients**
– 200 gms Paneer, cubed
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 1 tbsp Ghee
– 1 large Onion, finely chopped
– 1 cup Tomato Puree
– 2 tbsp Cashew Paste (soak cashews in warm water and blend)
– 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
– 1 Green Chili, slit
– 1 tsp Shahi Paneer Masala
– ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
– ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
– ½ tsp Cumin Powder
– ½ tsp Garam Masala
– ½ cup Fresh Cream
– Salt, to taste
– Fresh Coriander Leaves, for garnish

**Instructions**
1. Heat oil and ghee in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, sauté for another minute.
3. Stir in the tomato puree, shahi paneer masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
4. Add the cashew paste, mix well, and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
5. Gently add paneer cubes and combine well with the masala. Pour in the fresh cream and garam masala, simmering for 2 minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
