**Rasam Rice Recipe**
**Ingredients**
**For Rice:**
– ½ cup Rice
– 2 cups Water
**For Rasam:**
– ½ tbsp Rasam Powder
– 1½ cups Tomato Puree
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 1 tsp Ghee
– ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
– Salt, to taste
– Black Pepper Powder
– ¼ tsp minced Garlic
– ¼ tsp grated Ginger
– ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
– ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1 cup Water
**Instructions**
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil, add rice, and cook until soft. Set aside.
2. In a pan, heat oil, then add ghee, mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida, and curry leaves.
3. Add garlic, ginger, tomato puree, and salt, stirring well.
4. Add rasam powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and black pepper powder.
5. Pour in water and cook for 10 minutes.
