Mix Vegetable

**Mix Vegetable Recipe**

**Ingredients**
– Cauliflower, Potato, Beans, Carrot, Turnip, Capsicum (chopped to equal sizes)
– 1 tbsp Sabji Masala
– ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
– ½ tsp Cumin Powder
– ½ tsp Garam Masala
– 1 tsp Coriander Powder
– ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
– Salt, to taste
– 2 Green Chilies, slit
– 2 tbsp Oil
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

**Instructions**
1. Chop all the vegetables to the same size.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and slit green chilies.
3. Add the chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Add a splash of water.
4. Cover with a lid and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Add sabji masala and fresh coriander leaves, mix well.
6. Serve this delicious mix vegetable with chapati, paratha, or rice.
