**Rajma Masala Recipe**
**Ingredients**
– 1 cup Rajma (Kidney Beans), soaked overnight and boiled
– 2 tbsp Oil
– 1 tbsp Ghee
– 1 large Onion, finely chopped
– 1 cup Tomato Puree
– 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
– 1 Green Chili, slit
– 1 tsp Rajma Masala
– ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
– ½ tsp Cumin Powder
– ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
– ½ tsp Garam Masala
– Salt, to taste
– Fresh Coriander Leaves, for garnish
**Instructions**
1. Heat oil and ghee in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, and sauté for another minute.
3. Stir in the tomato puree, rajma masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
4. Add the boiled rajma along with some of the water it was cooked in to reach your desired consistency. Simmer for 10-15 minutes on low flame, allowing the flavors to meld.
5. Sprinkle garam masala on top and stir well.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or chapati.
